Article Marketing – What Does Creativity Have to do With Marketing Articles?

Creativity can lead to solving a problem in a new way.  It is easy to write an article if you can solve a problem. Also, the article is going to be read more if it solves a problem in a new way.

Do you sometimes stare at a blank sheet of paper and do not know where to start?  Challenge yourself to try some the following techniques to be more creative and to be able to write more articles.

1.  Be around people with similar interests in order to brainstorm and mastermind with them.

2.  Instead of asking how to improve a situation.  Ask how to prevent the situation from becoming worse. This can open up a whole new set of avenues to expand on.

3. Use a voice recorder instead of recording your thoughts and ideas on paper.  Since you talk faster than you write you are less likely to lose that train of thought when you use a voice recorder.  You can always transcribe from the recorder to paper later.

4. Take a book and open it to a random page.  On that page pick a word and think about a connection between that word and the problem you are trying to solve.

5. Mind Mapping can lead to some incredible creative thinking.  Write the problem or item in a box on a blank piece of paper.  Think of anything related to the boxed item and draw arrows from the latter to the former.  Keep going and see what happens.

Remember that the world is a better place if you can solve a problem that someone has. Article Marketing is only one phase of an Internet Business.  Being creative can indeed help with article marketing.
